Socrates was right! If not NOW, then WHEN?
It was February of 2022. I stepped outside of my doctors office angry, disappointed, afraid and ashamed.
Here I go again! I’m an overweight unhealthy 245 pound pre-diabetic. I also am in constant, chronic pain and have to get both my hips replaced! I knew right then, if I wanted to get, "above average" results, I had to do what the MASSES weren’t doing. I had to stop accepting the norm that at 57 years old, I couldn’t be in top notch shape. I had to rewire my mind, that youth has NO AGE LIMIT, except the limitations we put on it.
There had to be a simpler, more enjoyable way to achieve a superior fitness level and maintain it while enjoying life. I had to change the game to get long lasting results.
The fitness industry has made getting into shape, too confusing and complicated. I must admit, I’ve been part of promoting this. Mainstream fitness methods take forever to get results. And, they don’t produce superior, "next level" fitness results.
It was time for me to reevaluate all my fitness knowledge and pick a different path to follow.
Fitness is suppose to enhance and improve your life. Not burden it.
So, I put on my mad scientist hat and went to work in my fitness lab.
I put my 25 years+ knowledge together into, what surprised me, a very simple formula! I fused it all into an effective method that helps you chisel a lean, muscular, ripped physique, that you will be proud to show off.
Crazy, when I decided to, "think out of the box" and do it the unconventional way, is when my best results were fostered, while not having to count calories, workout 5-7 days a week, go on a crazy tasteless low calorie diets that you can’t sustain forever. As a matter of fact, this new formula allowed me to workout less, enjoy delicious food, and enjoy life, while packing on muscle, staying lean, ripped and losing 45 pounds!
I don’t have to:
• Stuff down 6 meals a day of tasteless food.
• Workout 6-7 days a week.
• Endure those long torturous 45-60 minute high intensity cardio workouts.
• Skip events and functions with friends and family because of a restrictive diet.
When it comes to training to get as lean and muscular as possible, I focus on five guiding principles: Minimalism, intermittent fasting, No to limited cardio workout sessions, heavy lifting 3 days a week, and recovery.
I’ve learned to use the minimalist approach to fitness, “minimum effective dose”. Nothing more. It's about taking a scientific approach to health and fitness. I’m definitely having fun and enjoying the results.
I’ve buried my diabetes along the way!
On this program, fat loss is taken care of from intermittent fasting and eating below maintenance-level calories. Look at intermittent fasting as your cardio.
This enables you to focus most of your energy and effort on lifting heavy, building muscle and getting strong. Our goal is to make sure you are losing fat while maintaining and growing muscle.

What do you need for this program?
1-A gym membership/Home gym
Yes, you can lose weight doing bodyweight exercises and HIIT. But to cut fat and gain a chiseled amazing physique, you need to lift weights.
In this program we will be lifting weights as it can be the most efficient way to minimize the potential loss of muscle tissue.
Remember, we have to lose fat, not muscle!
2-A food scale
This is absolutely crucial for this protocol to be a success.
Don’t be demotivated as you can lose weight without tracking.
But if you wish to get such fast results, you really have to give it all you got.
The only way you can make this successful is by being as accurate as you can with your nutrition.
Lucky for you, we will be using Intermittent Fasting as our nutritional protocol during this Rapid Fat Loss program. This will make it easy to track your calories without eating 6 meals a day.
You'll need a bathroom scale to periodically weigh yourself so you can track your results. You must not dread the scale but see it as a way to collect data to help you increase your awareness of your weight and weight-related behaviors.
It may help you lose more weight and prevent you from gaining that weight back in the long-term.
