Every participant begins with a comprehensive Precision Fitness assessment, which helps customize both their nutritional and MuscleMax HIIT training programs to their specific needs and goals.   • Frequency: Recommended 5 times per week

  • Macro Analysis: Customized assessment of your macronutrient needs based on your specific fitness goals.
