Designed for athletes to build overall athleticism through movement, strength, power and conditioning.

60 minute class

Choose 2X or 3X per week from the following schedule:

• 4pm-5pm Monday, Wednesday, Friday

• 5pm-6pm Monday, Wednesday, Friday

Tracy Green has been a part of the fitness industry for over 25 years as a sports performance and fitness coach. This former US Marine, Teacher,  head football, volleyball and basketball coach has built a successful fitness business with two locations in Solano County; Vacaville and Suisun. With this University of Athletes program he’s able to meet the demand of a true youth athletic performance, training facility, in Solano county. Plus, it gets him back to his roots and using his talents of training young athletes to perform at a high level of competition.

Located in Solano County but serving the entire Bay Area.

UOA helps youth athletes improve their athleticism so they can have the best sports performance possible while avoiding injuries. Young athletes develop athleticism with speed, strength, injury prevention and stamina training through programs that are specific to their development level and create long term results.

Testing is a valuable tool for athletic development, as it helps to monitor training and motivate athletes to achieve higher goals. And if you know which tests are appropriate and you have the proper testing tools, the process doesn’t have to be an ordeal. At UOA we believe that some form of testing should be performed every four weeks, from something as simple as timing your dot drill performance, to running the 40-yard-dash. At University Of Athletes we believe in not only building our athletes' bodies, but also their minds. We want them to develop that quiet confidence and inner strength that allows them to compete at a high level.

 

Our Program Enhances The Athletic Ability Of The Following Sports:

Football, Baseball, Basketball, Cheer Athletes, Softball, Soccer, Track and Field, Volleyball, Lacrosse Rugby
