At Shred2Fit’s University of Athletes (UOA), we help youth athletes reach their peak potential through sports agility and performance training. Our programs focus on speed, strength, stamina, and mental toughness to create confident, well-rounded athletes.

Programs

UOA Performance (Ages 8-17)
Build strength, agility, and movement mastery. Designed to enhance athleticism, reduce injury risk, and maximize potential as athletes grow.

Agility Max Strength – Middle & High School (Boys & Girls)
High-energy class for middle and high school athletes. Focus on explosive strength, speed, and coordination through advanced agility drills. Helps young athletes excel in any sport.

Registration & Policies

  • Booking: Schedule classes via the Mindbody app or website at least 1 hour before class.

  • Registration: Register under the athlete’s name (not the parent).

  • Contract Cancellation: Email info@s2f1team.com with a 30-day notice to cancel a contract.

UOA 1X

$125

  • Includes 4 total class passes (designed for 1 class per week).

  • All passes must be used within 60 days of the purchase date.

  • Once you’ve used all 4 passes OR the 60-day period ends (whichever comes first), your next billing cycle will automatically process.

  • You can attend at your own pace, as long as all 4 classes are used within 60 days.

Important Note

  • This is a contract-based membership.

  • If you need to pause or cancel, please email us at info@s2f1team.com before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged.

  • No rollovers—unused passes expire after 60 days.

UOA Single Class Pass

Want to drop in for a session without committing to a membership?

  • $35 per class

  • No commitment, no contract

  • Pass must be used within 14 days of purchase

  • Includes 8 total class passes (designed for 2 classes per week).

  • All passes must be used within 60 days of the purchase date.

  • Once you’ve used all 8 passes OR the 60-day period ends (whichever comes first), your next billing cycle will automatically process.

  • You can attend at your own pace, as long as all 8 classes are used within 60 days.
