With over 25 years of dedication to the fitness industry, Tracy Green is not just a sports performance and fitness coach; he is an embodiment of athletic excellence and determination. His journey, which began as a committed US Marine, took a transformative turn as he donned the roles of a Teacher and head coach for football, volleyball, and basketball teams. This rich tapestry of experiences gave him insights into the world of athleticism, fitness, and the sheer tenacity required to excel.

Tracy's passion is mirrored in the two flourishing Shred2Fit fitness centers he established in Solano County, serving both Vacaville and Suisun. These centers are a testament to his vision of holistic fitness, blending strength, agility, and discipline.

The launch of the University of Athletes (UOA) program is a testament to Tracy’s commitment to youth athletic performance. Recognizing a gap in Solano county for genuine youth athletic training facilities, UOA was birthed. With UOA, Tracy revisits and revitalizes his roots, employing his deep-seated talents to sculpt young athletes, enabling them to rise to the pinnacles of competitive sports. His mission? To empower the next generation with the skills, confidence, and resilience they need to outshine and outperform.
