Shred2Fit is proud to be an official HYROX Affiliate Gym and HYROX Training Club. This means our facility, programming, and coaching align with the global HYROX standard for race-style fitness.

Every Shred2Fit coach has completed HYROX training, ensuring that every class is delivered with purpose, structure, and the highest level of coaching. 
 

We welcome all PRIME60 members and guests to experience our HYROX PRIMED classes. Whether you’re looking for a powerful workout, a new challenge, or preparing to compete in a HYROX race.

You don’t have to be a racer to train like one.
You just have to show up.

HYROX PRIMED​

HYROX PRIMED is our stand-alone, race-inspired training experience built to challenge your strength, endurance, and mindset—while allowing you to move at your pace. This class blends functional strength, conditioning, and athletic movement into a powerful, high-energy format that prepares you for real-world performance and HYROX-style demands.

HYROX PRIMED works seamlessly with our PRIME60 programming:
PRIME60 builds your foundation—strength, mobility, and longevity.
HYROX PRIMED gives you a place to apply it—under intensity, with purpose.

Currently offered on Mondays, Tuesdays and Saturdays at 8:00 AM.

Ski Erg: 

The Ski Erg builds total-body power and endurance by mimicking the motion of Nordic skiing. It trains your arms, shoulders, back, core, and legs while demanding rhythm, coordination, and breath control. In HYROX PRIMED, the Ski Erg develops pulling strength, aerobic capacity, and mental grit—teaching you how to stay powerful even when fatigue sets in.

Sled-Push:

The Sled Push is a true test of leg drive and mental toughness. It builds powerful quads, glutes, and calves while demanding full-body tension and relentless forward momentum. In HYROX PRIMED, this station trains explosive strength, grit, and the ability to keep moving under heavy load—just like on race day.

Sled-Pull

The Sled Pull challenges your upper body, core, and posterior chain as you drag resistance toward you using rope or straps. It builds powerful lats, arms, and grip strength while teaching you how to brace, lean, and move with efficiency. In HYROX PRIMED, the Sled Pull develops pulling power, core stability, and the mental toughness to stay composed under fatigue.​

Broad Jump Burpee

The Broad Jump Burpee blends explosive power with full-body conditioning. Each rep requires you to jump forward with force, drop into a burpee, then repeat—driving heart rate, coordination, and athletic movement. In HYROX PRIMED, this station builds lower-body explosiveness, total-body endurance, and the ability to stay sharp and aggressive while fatigued.​

Row

The Row station develops full-body endurance by combining leg drive, core stability, and upper-body pulling strength. Every stroke trains your hips, back, arms, and lungs to work together efficiently. In HYROX PRIMED, rowing builds aerobic capacity, pacing control, and the ability to recover while still moving—an essential skill for both high-performance training and race-day success.​

Farmer's Carry

The Farmer’s Carry builds real-world strength by challenging your grip, core, posture, and total-body stability as you walk under load. It trains you to stay tall, tight, and controlled while your body is under stress. In HYROX PRIMED, this station develops functional strength, core integrity, and mental focus—teaching you how to move efficiently and confidently while fatigued.

Sandbag Lunges

Sandbag Lunges build powerful legs, hips, and core while challenging balance and posture under load. Carrying the sandbag forces your body to stabilize with every step, strengthening your glutes, quads, and trunk while elevating your heart rate. In HYROX PRIMED, this station develops lower-body endurance, resilience, and the ability to stay strong and upright when fatigue sets in—just like in a race environment.

Wall Balls

Wall Balls combine strength, power, and endurance into one demanding movement. Each rep requires a full squat followed by an explosive throw to a target, engaging your legs, core, shoulders, and lungs. In HYROX PRIMED, this station builds total-body stamina, rhythm, and mental toughness—training you to stay efficient and consistent even when your heart rate is high and your legs are burning.
