Rapid Fat Loss Fundamentals

Eat to Burn Fat, Build Muscle, and Feel Your Best

This isn’t a starvation diet. It’s not a “cleanse.” And it’s not about skipping meals.

This is a structured, science-backed system that uses food to fuel your body, support your workouts, and trigger fat loss.

Here’s What the Meal Plan Looks Like:

  • 3 protein-rich meals per day

  • 2 high-protein snacks (one mid-morning or pre-workout, one mid-afternoon or post-workout)

  • Meals spaced every 3–4 hours to stabilize blood sugar, crush cravings, and support lean muscle

  • Clean, whole food options only — no shakes, gimmicks, or extreme restrictions

Every meal is balanced with protein, carbs, and healthy fats so your energy stays high and your metabolism stays active all day long.

What About Calories?

We follow a slight daily calorie deficit — typically around 250–300 calories below your maintenance level — to promote fat loss without slowing your metabolism.

Here’s how to calculate yours:

Re-Feed Day

Once a week, we’ll strategically boost your calories by 500–600, mostly from healthy carbs and fats.

Why? To:

Plan your re-feed day on one of your strength training days. You’ll still eat clean — just more of the good stuff.

This Plan Works When You Work It
