How Does the Zero To Fast: First-Step Speed Camp Work?

Check-In: Athletes should arrive 10 minutes early to check in and receive their UOA camp backpack.

Warm-Up Activation: We start with dynamic warm-ups to activate the hips, core, and nervous system—setting the tone for explosive movement.

Daily Training Themes: Each day follows a focused theme, directly inspired by our proven Zero To Fast online program:

Hands-On Coaching: Athletes will rotate through stations designed to improve sprint mechanics, reactive quickness, and acceleration drills based on real-game movement.

Progressive Format: Each day builds on the previous, progressing from controlled form to competitive chaos drills, just like in the full Zero To Fast system.

Wrap-Up & Mobility: We finish with short recovery work and mindset tips to reinforce what they learned and how to apply it to their sport.
