The next evolution of our elite speed system is coming this December!

Our most explosive speed camp returns to Vacaville — and this time, we’re taking athletes deeper into the science of force production, first-step power, and game-speed acceleration.

This 3-day camp is designed for athletes ages 8–17 and serves as the continuation of our first ZERO TO FAST camp.
But don’t worry — new athletes are absolutely welcome.


The system is built so every athlete, beginner or returning, can level up fast.

At this camp, athletes will develop the mechanics and power qualities that create instant separation:

The Benefits of ZERO TO FAST: Force Production Speed Camp

Helps athletes ages 8–17 develop the foundation of all speed—how much force they can produce and how quickly they can produce it. Built from the next phase of our nationally used ZERO TO FAST system, this camp teaches athletes how to generate more power with each step, improve acceleration mechanics, and move with faster reactions in game-speed situations. Through focused coaching and proven contrast-speed drills, athletes leave with stronger first-step power, cleaner mechanics, and the confidence to explode faster in real competition.

How Does the Zero To Fast: First-Step Speed Camp Work?

Check-In: Athletes should arrive 10 minutes early to check in and receive their UOA camp backpack.

​

Warm-Up Activation: We begin every session with dynamic activation to prep the hips, core, feet/ankles, and nervous system.
This primes the athlete to produce more force, react faster, and move explosively.

​

Daily Training Themes: Each day follows a focused theme built from the next progression of our Zero To Fast system:

  • DAY 1 — POSTURE, ANGLES & FIRST-STEP FORCETeaching athletes how to load the body, create stiffness, and strike the ground with power.

  • DAY 2 — VERTICAL → HORIZONTAL FORCE TRANSFERTurning jump power into sprint power for faster 1–3 step acceleration.

  • DAY 3 — REACTIVE SPEED, CHAOS & GAME-SPEED CONTROLApplying force and acceleration under pressure, unpredictability, and game-like situations.

Hands-On Coaching:  Athletes rotate through stations targeting:

  • First-step power

  • Force production & ground contacts

  • Acceleration mechanics

  • Reactive decision-making

  • Multi-directional speed & control

  • All based on real-game patterns and clean mechanical teaching.

Progressive Format

Each day builds on the last, moving from:

mechanics → force → reactivity → competitive speed

This mirrors the progressive flow of the full ZERO TO FAST system.

Wrap-Up & Mobility: 

  • We finish with short recovery, mobility, and mental-performance coaching to lock in what they learned—and teach athletes how to apply it immediately in their sport.

2. How many times a week is the program?

   The camp runs three consecutive days, with one 90-minute session each day, focused on speed, mechanics, and explosive movement.

   This camp is built for athletes ages 8–17 of all skill levels.

 

4. What equipment do I need?

   No equipment is required. Just wear athletic clothes and athletic shoes. Everything else will be provided.
