PRIME60 Programs at Shred2Fit

PRIME60 STRONG – 2X PER WEEK

Structured Strength. Measurable Progress. Built for Real Results.

​

PRIME60 STRONG is our progressive strength training program designed to build muscle, increase strength, and improve long-term joint health.

Training is organized into four strength zones, allowing members to rotate through major lifts while maintaining high coaching quality and proper form.

Each station includes:
• A core barbell strength lift
• A dumbbell or kettlebell accessory exercise
• A core finisher

All exercises are performed in a circuit with a superset format to maximize efficiency and training stimulus.

PRIME60 CIRCUIT – 2X PER WEEK

Athletic Conditioning. Functional Strength. Full-Body Training.

​

PRIME60 CIRCUIT is a high-energy strength and conditioning circuit designed to improve endurance, muscle tone, and overall fitness.

Each session includes 4 training zones with 8 total stations, rotating through a combination of:

• TRX
• Ski Erg
• Kettlebell & Dumbbell Strength
• Core Training
• Functional Training
• Glute & Leg Work
• AirDyne Bike
• Row Erg

Strength movements are performed in the 6-10 rep range to build strength while maintaining the fast pace and metabolic challenge of circuit training.

This program delivers:
• Full-body conditioning
• Functional strength
• Cardio endurance
• Fat-burning workouts

All within a 60-minute coached session.

HYROX PRIMED

PRIME60 HYROX PRIMED – 2X PER WEEK

PRIME60 HYROX PRIMED is our performance-based conditioning program designed to help members build endurance, strength, and resilience by learning how to train effectively under fatigue in a fun and safe way.

​

Race-Style Training

High-energy sessions that blend endurance, functional strength, and conditioning in a race-inspired format—challenging your body while letting you move at your own pace.

Purpose-Driven Performance

Designed for anyone who wants to test themselves, build grit, and train with intention—whether your goal is a great workout or preparing for a HYROX race.

Perfect PRIME60 Pairing

HYROX PRIMED gives you a place to apply the strength, mobility, and confidence you build in PRIME60 through focused, performance-based training.

Two Training Lanes

To allow everyone to train together while still being challenged, workouts are organized into two training lanes.

Main Lane: Designed for members who want the challenge of HYROX-style training while maintaining a pace that fits their current fitness level.

Fast Lane: For members who want to push performance further with longer distances, heavier loads, and longer runs.

Both lanes train together so the entire gym can move forward as #1team, while allowing each person to choose the level of challenge that fits them best.

HYROX Team Goal – Anaheim 2026

Our Shred2Fit team is planning to attend the HYROX Anaheim race in December 2026.

Members can participate in several ways:

• Competing Solo
• Competing Doubles
• Joining a Relay Team
• Volunteering and supporting the event

UOA – Sports Agility & Performance (Youth & Teen Athletes)

  • Speed & Agility Training: First-step quickness, footwork, and game-speed movement to give athletes an on-field advantage.

  • Stronger, More Confident Athletes: Performance programs that build power, coordination, and mental toughness—not just “more conditioning.”

  • Coach-Led, Small-Group Sessions: Technique-focused coaching so athletes move well, stay safer, and build habits that last beyond sports.

Online & Hybrid Coaching
