Terms and Conditions: 10-Day Total Mind & Body Detox Challenge

1. Challenge Overview: The 10-Day Total Mind & Body Detox Challenge ("the Challenge") is a program offered by Shred2Fit aimed at helping participants reset their bodies and minds through guided meal plans, recipes, and support.

2. Eligibility: Participation in the Challenge is open to individuals aged 18 years or older. By registering for the Challenge, participants affirm that they meet the eligibility criteria.

3. Registration: Participants must complete the registration process accurately and provide valid contact information. Any false or misleading information may result in disqualification from the Challenge.

4. Program Content: Participants will receive access to program materials, including meal plans, recipes, and educational content, for the duration of the Challenge. All content provided is for informational purposes only and should not replace personalized medical advice. Participants are encouraged to consult with a healthcare professional before making any significant dietary or lifestyle changes.

5. Health Disclaimer: Participation in the Challenge involves physical and dietary activities that may carry inherent risks. Participants should assess their own health and fitness levels before engaging in any activities and should discontinue participation if they experience any adverse effects. Shred2Fit shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from participation in the Challenge.

6. Privacy: Shred2Fit respects the privacy of its participants and will handle personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Participant information will only be used for the purpose of administering the Challenge and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

7. Intellectual Property: All program materials, including but not limited to meal plans, recipes, and educational content, are the intellectual property of Shred2Fit and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior consent.

8. Cancellation and Refunds: Participants may cancel their registration for the Challenge at any time before the start date. No refunds will be provided once the Challenge has commenced unless otherwise specified by Shred2Fit.

9. Modification or Termination: Shred2Fit reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Challenge or any aspect thereof, including program content and duration, at its sole discretion, without prior notice.

10. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Solano County.

11. Any disputes arising out of or relating to the Challenge shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Solano County.

By registering for the 10-Day Total Mind & Body Detox Challenge, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
