About the Class
UOA Agility Max Strength is a high-energy performance training class focused on building explosive speed, strength, agility, and coordination in middle and high school athletes.
Each 75-minute session blends athletic movement drills, strength circuits, and reaction-based training to help athletes move faster, hit harder, and compete at a higher level in any sport.
Led by Coach Green and the University of Athletes team, this class is built to elevate performance and confidence both on and off the field.
